How Do We Get Started?

Call or email me with some possible good times for you to talk and we can set a time to meet by phone. I offer a free 20 minute initial phone consultation. Let’s talk about what has you reaching out for therapy right now, how we might work together, office logistics, schedule, fees, and other questions you may have and go from there.

How Long Are the Sessions?

Sessions will typically be 50 minutes in length for individuals, and 60 minutes for couples. We will arrange a regular time and day to meet on a weekly basis that fits your schedule. You may also choose to come more than once a week. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at each session. If you need to cancel, and notify me before 48 hours before our scheduled meeting, you will not be charged for the session. I offer a limited number of adjusted fee sessions during the day and throughout the week.

Do You Take Insurance?

I am an out of network provider for most insurance plans. I can provide you with a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The session fee will be paid in full at the time of the session, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check with your provider first, as your deductibles and co-pay will depend on your specific insurance provider and plan.
